I have hired many companies over the last 25 years in this town but after working with Ray and Kenny a couple of times and i had to tell everyone that there is no better appliance repair company PERIOD! Their work is the best, They go above and beyond by cleaning and fixing things they don't have to (you would never know yet they do it anyway). If you need appliance repair..they should be the only number you call!

​Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Not only on the phone, but in person. I had a problem with my washer and dryer and the technician came and fixed both. He had to order a part for the washer, when the part came in Elka promptly called me back scheduled a time for the technician to come and fix the washer. Great people, great customer service and if and when another appliance in my house breaks I will be calling Vector Appliance!
Side note: I found out about them through my American Home Shield warranty. It was a smooth transaction!

I rent a condo my dryer went out ,The owner uses a home owners service i called there sent me a e-mail that ,I would be contact by A Professional Repair there did next day came out same day and had my dryer running in about 40 min great yes, but than there went one step more .I told Ray I was have a problem with dishwasher handle if he would not mind taking a quick look was happy to do it he told me inside of handle was cracked and I would have to call service company each call is #65 out of my pocket that night I got a call from Ray saying he called the service company and he would be able to put it on same ticket saving me $65 it took 2 days he came replaced handle THANK YOU VERY MUCH, WORK WAS GREAT, RAY WAS GREAT U WILL NOT GO WRONG.
